A visit to The Judge's Lodging really enables pupils to experience life in the past, with a truly hands on approach to learning.  Unlike some museums, pupils are invited and encouraged to hold, touch and try out everything in the building, giving a unique learning opportunity and a feeling that this is a living house that pupils are a part of.  A highlight of a visit is undoubtedly carrying buckets of water upstairs to fill the bath!
